This will reveal to you how to put application installers onto an operating system (OS) installer disk. This is helpful for creating a disc with generally used software, like Chrome and Skype, already. It may also be utilized to set important drivers, including wireless drivers, on the disk. Another application may be used by you but for this tutorial we will be using the program UltraISO. It may be download by you from this web site.

1 Open UltraISO. In the bottom left of the window, locate the folder where you saved your installation image to.

Open UltraISO

2 Locate the ISO in the folder you’ve just selected, in the section on the right hand side. Double click this to open it in the section above.

3 Now you can add files in two different ways, with exactly the same results.

  • You are able to go to Actions in the UltraISO menubar. Then press either Add Files (Or press F3 on your keyboard) to add individual files one by one. Or press Add Directory to add an entire folder.
  • You can also simply click and drag the folders, into the UltraISO window where it exhibits your setup picture, from Explorer.

4 You can save files in two manners, using the same results.

  • Go to File and press Save (or you can press Ctrl + S) if you would like it to be saved in the same file.
  • Or click Save As if you’d like to save the ISO with the software different to the initial. This can be done by pressing on the small disc buttons.

5 A small window will appear whilst it saves. It is a long procedure so be patient.
